Installing a rainwater harvesting system – for all of our household water needs. We collect it off of our roof!

P.S. tobymine – We use cloth diapers. There is a bit of a learning curve, but totally worth it.

We are buying a composter this year! We are waiting on our stimulus check, which is being mailed out this week ~ I figure it is fitting for George W to pay for it … but it is our new thing for this year.

I don’t really want to win as magazines are too heavy to mail.

But I now collect cardboard and it has decimated what we throw away, we clearly used to bulk out the bin with cardboard.
